National Computational Thinking Initiative
Computer Science Olympiad Think. Compute. Build.
A nationally structured Computer Science Olympiad designed to evaluate computational thinking, logical reasoning and foundational programming concepts among students from Classes 3–12.
About the Olympiad
National-Level Computational Assessment & Evaluation
The Computer Science Olympiad assesses how a student thinks through problems computationally — breaking a task into steps, spotting patterns, and reasoning about logic — before it ever asks them to write a line of code.
For students who have started programming, the assessment also evaluates foundational coding logic, algorithmic thinking and basic data representation concepts.
